All sales are final. No returns accepted. A 30% restocking fee applies to any approved refund.

MidWest Bettas ships every Monday via USPS Priority Mail. By placing an order you confirm you will be available to receive the package.

In case of DOA (dead on arrival), the buyer must send a photo of the fish inside the unopened bag within 1 hour of delivery. Refunds are issued as store credit only. Shipping is non-refundable.

All bettas are assumed to carry the marble gene. Colors including Koi, Marble, and Butterfly may change after photographing. MidWest Bettas is not responsible for color changes after the product photo was taken.

Long-finned bettas may chew their fins in transit. MidWest Bettas is not responsible for fin damage occurring during shipping.

MidWest Bettas imports directly from Thailand and aclimates all fish before listing. Quarantine upon arrival is the buyer's responsibility.

The buyer is responsible for providing proper care — clean water, 78–82°F, and quality food. MidWest Bettas is not responsible for buyer negligence.

No holds. Only purchase if you are ready to receive the fish the following Monday.

All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

You must be 18+ to purchase live fish. We reserve the right to cancel orders if weather conditions are unsafe for shipping. All sales of live animals are final.
