Refund Policy

Because we ship live animals, all sales are final on live fish. We do not accept returns due to the nature of live aquatic shipping.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

In the rare case a fish arrives deceased, please follow our DOA process outlined on the Shipping & DOA Policy page.

Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence sent to:

We verify all claims using tracking information.

Approved DOA cases will receive:

  • Replacement fish (if available), or
  • Store credit for the fish value

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Dry Goods

Unused non-live products (such as botanicals and accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • A 10% restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Cancellations on unshipped orders may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Payment processing fees (~3%) are non-refundable on all cancellations.
